'The room still smelled like smoke, possibly from the stair case next door. A bit old looking, the shower can remove tattoos and skin with it's ridiculously strong spray. The casino was relatively empty and quiet. The pool was closed but the foyer was very pretty. The bed was very soft and not that comfortably. I really like their towels'

'This was our 2nd stay and it was better than the last one. Although I hardly saw any staff our 3rd floor room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable and everything was filled in the bathroom. The breakfast was sufficient, although nothing to get excited about. I think if the place was brightened up a bit and new carpeting and lighting installed it would be a big improvement. All in all I would consider another stay in the future.'

'Luckily our stay was only for one day otherwise, I would've been pretty disappointed. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were told that the all of carpets were going to be replaced soon but they were so dirty that it was kind of disgusting. Even if they were going to be replaced, they still could've been cleaned more. Our room was ok but was in need of cleaning and updating. The bed was comfortable and well maintained but the electric fireplace in the bedroom did not work at all, and was dirty...
