'Staff are knowledgeable about the area and helpful at the same time'

'Zeer vriendelijk personeel. '

'The hotel is in convenient location in Hanoi Old Quarter. The hotel is clean and well maintained But what strikes most is the amazing staff. Very helpful and attended to our needs. Shout out to Anna and Nancy who assisted us the most. Trang in the restaurant who accommodated us before breakfast time as we had early activities . Trang introduced to us Vietnamese dishes to try. Overall we had a great stay and will be coming back again. I highly recommend recommending Scent Premium Hotel.'

'The staff were super kind and attentive. The location is great if you want to shop, it’s next to the night market so it may get chaotic but location was convenient for us. The property was well maintained and the staff at the front desk were amazing.'

'It was a nice stay, people in reception were extremely helpful and friendly. We exchanged money there for a fair price. Room was clean with all amenities and free water. It was big enough for us, 1 night stay and before booking you see the size. We booked 3 hours in advance because of plan changes and everything was ready when we arrived. Price was very good. Location is awesome, next to all restaurants, market and lake!!! In the morning there was noise from the street, not extreme, and we had...

'The hotel was perfectly located in the old quarter close to the lake, food and all the chaos expected when travelling to Hanoi! The breakfast was excellent and Mr Trahun made it so comfortable. The staff were exceptional and made us feel at home, great place thanks.'

'The staff were amazing, the real highlight of our stay'

'Toplocatie! Gezellige rooftbar met zwembad en happy hour. Zeer vriendelijke hulpvaardige medewerkers.

'Our room was spacious and stylish, with a very comfortable bed. The location's great - the Old Quarter can be very busy and noisy, but we found the room quiet. There are plenty of places to eat and drink nearby, and night market & Hoan Kiem Lake is a just a few minutes walk away - particularly recommend going there for people watching when it's a pedestrian zone at the weekend.'

'Friendly staff, very helpful'

'Excellent place with great staff, nice breakfast and good rooftop views.'

'We tried to tough it out but left this hotel half way through our reservation, literally paying NOT to be there anymore. The room was filthy with stains on the walls and on the bedding. The towels had holes worn through them. The incredibly uncomfortable bed was the deal breaker. The location is ok, in the heart of the Old Quarter, but in a world of 'silk street', ' flower street', 'lantern street', etc, this hotel is on 'door nob and bathbar street'.'

'Schone kamers met mini bar, goede A/C.
