'We had a great vacation on Jaybird Pond, swimming, kayaking, hiking and making family memories. Renters should know that the property does not have running water or electricity. The property managers help you figure out how to boil the pond water and use the propane lamps. If you’re willing to rough it, you can’t beat the experience of having your own pond. '

'What’s gem. Absolutely adorable “bunkhouse”. Came equipped with everything we needed. Clean comfortable. Loved the screened in porch. We watched a storm roll in as we sat in the dry and airy space. The paddle boards were so much fun. We carried them across the road to access the lake. Dennis&Sheila are friendly helpful hosts. I highly recommend. '

'My boyfriend and I stayed here for the weekend and it was amazing!! No AC was not an issue at all as they provided fans. We opened the upper loft windows one night to cool it down and it worked like a charm. The location is perfect if you want to go into north conway or travel down to the flume gorge. 'We had an amazing stay! The cabin was in the perfect location, close to everything, including a beautiful hour-long drive through White Mountain National Forest. Property outside was not well maintained and garbage can was full and smelly.Location, will convenient, suffers from road noise from Rte. 308. No A/C.Carpeting on stair and in upstairs needs a steam cleaning or removal/replacement. '
