'The Beach Pad was perfect for me and my son who loves to surf. The suite was immaculate, chic decor, cozy bed and very spacious. Check in was a breeze with dedicated parking. Beach is down the block and centrally located to many restaurants and activities in the area including the supermarket and laundry mat. Having beach gear was handy including an umbrella and cooler! The private patio was great for breakfast and made the space bigger including the roof deck on the one day it rained to cool us...

'Our stay at Boricua Apartments was lovely. The location is a quick walk to the beach, is close to the center of town, and the apartment was clean and very comfortable. I fully recommend staying here. '

'Words can’t describe what a wonderful stay this was. location was perfect with the Villa being steps away from the beach. Daily walks to restaurants and bars on and off the beach, waterfalls 45min away, Downtown 10min away, Domes Beach is a must, boat/snorkle excursion, plus so much more we explored around the area. We also rented the 1st floor so our family and friends could stay close but also have their own space. It worked out perfectly! The rooftop was great for morning views and coffee...

'Great property! Excellent for big groups. Everything is exactly as it's described. We found so many fun things to do in the area, but it was also hard to leave the house because we enjoyed the beach and relaxing there. We were there in the off season, so not really any waves on the beaches. But it made for amazing snorkeling and spearfishing. Beach in front of the property is clean, not very crowded, and sandy. You have to drive to Rincon for grocery stores, restaurants, etc, but it's only about...

'This was the most amazing stay our family could imagine. Our host was incredibly responsive and just wanted to assure we were making amazing family memories. The house is filled with extras to make every day better The location is unbelievable. We were provided with ecellent recommendations for anything we wanted to do. The best. 'Great place, great location, right on the water as advertised. No beach, there is a rock wall, but there’s a very quiet beach a 3 minute drive south. The place was very clean and the air conditioner cooled the whole place quickly. Great sunset views!'
