'Property was well maintained and updated staff was ok pleasant we did go on a very rainy season the place smelled horrible because of the seaweed not a lot to do in the resort for younger couples food in the kitchen Buffett was ok nothing out of the world.'

'Clean place, well equipped kitchen, friendly staff, quiet and comfortable. The only downside was that we had one set of keys for 2 people and that was a bit limiting at times…'

'Teveel bruiloften, laat in de nacht harde muziek en kabaal van mensen dior bruiloften. Min twee bruiloften per dag. Was niet fijn. Hadden wat beter verwacht van dit hotel.'

'The people that were working were nice but it seemed like certain workers didn’t know certain things we came for a 25 year wedding anniversary and also me and my wife birthday weekend the property is nice the pool the beach and my favorite was the Ro Marley restaurant I was upset when I made reservations for a certain day just to be told that the restaurant wasn’t open when I had called and made reservations and told them that we’re there celebrating birthday. There was supposed to be some type...

'Came for 2 nights but stayed for 2 weeks. Huge room, great hot shower, big smart TV, nice pool, and quiet at night. Will come back here for sure but Expedia price is a bit high compared to other websites. Check the prices.'

'Me gusto mucho las personas, son bien cálidas y amables, los restaurantes estan super bien, el hotel super limpio, lo único fue la playa, estaba muy sucia y no pudimos disfrutar de el mar, tal vez la temporada estaba muy mala, pero al menos hubieran limpiado la playa para que no oliera mal ya si no te puedes meter al mar al menos puedes caminar y disfrutar los atardeceres.'

'We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights. They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

'Super hotel with all the luxury you need. The staff is very helpfull and always there for you. The food is very delicious although I prefer a buffet breakfast so you can have a little bit of everything. Also the beach and pool and super. The spa experience is also defenitly a must.'

'Heel dichtbij het vliegveld, dus een handige optie als je vlucht laat aankomt en je niet ver meer wilt rijden maar meteen wil gaan slapen. We hadden een lekker ontbijt met verse wafels en chilaquiles.'

'This is a really hard review to write. The staff tried so hard to make sure everything was good, but at the first sign of us not being satisfied - they turned on us. You could tell we were “that Expedia couple who only gave 4 stars”… The beach is unusable and the seaweed is literally out of control… like 2-4ft high piles on the beach… right in front of the diamond club. Completely disgusting to look at and to smell. Not the hotel’s fault, but if you are going for a beach holiday- this is not...

'⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An exceptional and truly luxurious experience. My stay at Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun was outstanding in every way. The resort is set on one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen — pristine white sand and crystal-clear turquoise water. The rooms are elegant, spacious, and impeccably maintained, offering both comfort and privacy. The attention to detail throughout the resort is remarkable. What truly sets this place apart is the service. The staff are incredibly...

'Ok'

'Best resort and service we’ve stayed at. We’ll definitely be returning.'

'Valentin is a nice resort, plenty of pools to choose from. Beach was just okay. Be prepared to do lots of walking though, unless you wait for rides. It was a bit too big of a resort for me. Lots of restaurants to choose from with no reservation needed except for the hibachi which is nice. Pool service great most of the time. Shows in theatre are okay but it is way too loud in there. Lots of people walked out, including me because of it. Simple fix so I don’t know why they don’t deal with...
