'I booked the resort for 5 days. Once I arrived I decided to upgrade to the Privileges package. I was assigned to Claudia. She went above and beyond with helping me book restaurants and also helped my get a cable for my computer I left at home. She was an outstanding help during my stay. The food was excellent, ala carte restaurants were perfect. Tapanyaki, Brazilian BBQ and the Privilages restaurant. All food and services were on par for a 5 star resort. I would recomend this resort to anyone...

'We loved the property, it was spread out nicely and hardly ever felt "busy". Things were clean, the food was delicious. We had some problems with the dinner reservations but Ricardo in the office helped us out. The adults only option was fabulous! It was great to have all the amenities and low price of a large resort with an adults only area (with pool, bar, and bistro for breakfast & lunch)! We look forward to returning.'

'This was my favorite vacation I have taken. It was so beautiful and calm. The staff was super friendly, the apartment was very clean. The beach felt so private and the water was so clear and blue. Amazing views from the roof to enjoy from the hot tub.. the only thing we wish we realized is there is NOTHING around, no Ubers, no Uber Eats. If you don’t rent a car you need to plan enough groceries. We did get a number for a private taxi and found WhatsApp delivery services but it gets pricey so...

'This was a wonderful condo style hotel in walking distance to everything. They were super accommodating with our family, and offered a crib/pack and play for our daughter + set us up with the ground floor room so we could sit outside by the pool right next to our room while she napped. It had a nice outdoor closed alcove in the back too, which was great for meals. The staff are friendly, helpful, and easy to reach/contact. Highly recommend!'
