'Pet-friendly location, ideal if you want to explore the surrounding areas of outstanding beauty. As advertised, it backs into a busy A road so don't expect to be able to relax in the garden for long. Once the doors are windows are shut though the noise from the road is hardly noticeable inside. 'Beautiful little house right in the heart of Poole old town would definitely stay again! The quay is less than 5 mins away with boat trips to Brownsea island and out into the bay a beautiful place'

'The main door is awkward. The joining instructions said the indoor handle might break if the door is opened too wide without care. The handle was broken before we arrived, but still operated. The beds are very low, and could be awkward for anyone with a disability. Similarly, the main door, although perfectly wide for a wheelchair doesn't have a ramp, so there is a step, perhaps a surprise for a ground floor property. The bedrooms could do with chairs. 'Overall really disappointed. Good location and functional but upon checking in there were obvious stains in the bedroom and landing. When we tried to sleep all we could smell was urine. The stains are clearly where a dog has urinated, there are multiple patches in the bedroom and also on the downstairs rug and the smell is significant. 'We stopped to stay in the area before proceeding to Cornwall, and this annex was a great place for a two day stop over. It was clean, and communication with Sara was perfect. There is a small outdoor area, which was good for dog.'
