'The hotel itself is fine, but the check-in process was terrible. We waited over 90 minutes for our room to be ready. Arrived at 315 and didn’t get a room till 445. Staff at the desk said they were short staffed and still cleaning the rooms. When asked they would not assign us to a room that was ready. Several times while we waited the front desk guy went and stripped beds for the housekeeper. No discount offered no water while we waited. This could have been handled far differently. We were...

'Lauren welcomed me in with a smile even though she was super busy. She did not show any frustration with people waiting to get served and the phone continuously ringing. She was very professional! Excellent customer service skills!'

'A lot of mold in the room, very slippery steps into the hot tub outside, caused a few falls. Outside hot tub water was very lukewarm. Bathrooms have 2 little hooks to hang stuff on.'

'Rooms were standard but looked like they were recently redone. They were very clean beds are comfortable the only side note, there weren’t any charge stations on the side table so bring a charger to charge your phone. Otherwise excellent !'
