'The rooms were unbearably hot and stuffy. We were told the AC was not on and if we wanted to cool the rooms, open the windows. There were child locks on the windows and we had to call the front desk to get the info on how to open them. This was a hotel wide issue and no one was advised of the cooling issue. Also, the fire alarm went off at 7am and then abruptly stopped.'

'Writing Great stay at this hotel! The property itself was clean, comfortable, and the staff was very welcoming. One of the best parts of the location is how many great restaurants are within a short walk — all within about 5 blocks. We had so many options including Italian, Indian, Colombian, and even a Brazilian steakhouse nearby. It made dinner plans easy every night. Definitely a great spot if you enjoy having lots of food choices close by. Would absolutely stay here again!'

'In the big scheme of things, as with all hotel rooms, you just have to manage expectations. After driving up the mountain to park, walking down some outside stairs that are in desperate need of repair and most likely would fail any sort of safety inspection it had to go through, once inside we were created by a delightful person who checked me in and gave me a room in the back so as to be a little quieter. The room itself was clean. The bathroom was dated and is probably due to be refurbished....

'No kitchen, very small room, very tiny bathroom, no light in the shower so it was very dark, used soap, hairs from someone else on the sheets, smells like stale cigarette smoke, dirty furniture. Sheets did not fit correctly on the bed.'
