'Overal we had a nice stay in New York and the apartment. However, the communication via the Sondor app was poor. I had problems with the security payment which could not be solved via the app (at the end it took me 15min for a call). Futhermore, we had an issue with the fire alarm beeping (not solved during the evening / night).'

'We were upgrades to a 1 bedroom in the 7th Floor. Which was generally really nice. But then we arrived on Friday night and the 7th Floor terrace was right next to our bedroom and Some tennants were having a small get together on the terrace. And they were allowed to be there until 12. So something to consider when you give a room preference. Nothing against the building itself. Generally: would book again and would recommend!'

'Net en nieuw hotel. Mooie ruime kamers. Verschillende metro haltes dichtbij. Ondanks dat het een hotel is zonder receptie toch hele dag medewerkers aanwezig. '

'Het hotel ligt op een uitstekende plaats wanneer je met de subway NY wil verkennen, alle metrolijnen op kruipafstand. Het is omgeven door eettentjes, (perfecte sushi aan de overkant!) en gezellig ingericht. Personeel is meer dan vriendelijk. De kamer is niet groot, maar heeft alles wat een reiziger wil hebben, perfect bed (kingsize) en supersnel gratis internet. Als enig minpuntje kan gelden dat er weinig ruimte is voor het ophangen van kleding. Voor ons geen probleem, we hadden maar weinig bij...

'Comfortable room, bed and bathroom. I wouldn't call it a studio, but it does have a fridge, microwave, coffee machine and water cooker. Just no crockery or cutlery. Located close to subway and lots of shops and restaurants in the area.'

'Abbiamo trascorso un periodo bellissimo! La struttura è in un punto strategico per poter visitare Manhattan e le sue bellezze. In mezz’ora a piedi si possono raggiungere: il Rockfeller Center, Broadway, l’Empire State Building, e per tutto il resto c’è la metropolitana. "We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, located just around the corner from Times Square. It’s the perfect base for exploring New York, with major attractions and public transportation all within easy walking distance. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the $100 per hour charge for late checkout, which felt a bit steep. That said, we absolutely enjoyed our time here and would gladly come back!"

"Het was een aftandse zooi. Behang los, kranen los, afvoerputjes miste, alle voegen waren geel. De kasten vielen van ellende uit elkaar. Het restaurant was sinds covid nooit meer open gegaan. Dus ontbijten was niet mogelijk. De sportschool waarmee geadverteerd wordt bestaat niet. En de sfeer leek meer op een station. "
