'This location was perfect for our visit to a Springville wedding. Comfortably accommodated our group with three bedrooms and roomy kitchen. It offered a patio with plenty of seating, and a dining table, with a beautiful view and decorative outside lighting. The WIFI was great and TV had lots of options. 'This was a lovely place to stay at the end of a long day of work. The owner had the fans and AC on upon arrival so the house was a comfortable temperature, and left the outdoor lights on for us in case we checked in at dark. There's a full kitchen with just about everything you can think of. The house was cozy and super clean. Would definitely stay here again if work brings me back to the area. '

'We loved staying at The Ranch! It's a beautiful property, very relaxing and had all the amenities you could ever want. My only suggestion would be to have a regular coffee pot (Mr. Coffee type so you can brew 8-12 cups at a time). We drink a lot of coffee in the morning and it's a bit of a pain to have to use those little Kureg cups all the time. Other than that it was wonderful. Will receommend this property to friends for sure.'
