'First of all, the duplex is located in a neighborhood that doesn't have any street lamps. We arrived at night, and were greeted by a stray dog in the street. The road leading to the unit is unpaved. The one really easy and good thing about this place was the check-in process. When I couldn't figure out the door because the instructions didn't match the door set up, the host was very communicative and immediately answered and helped us in. 'Place could be nice. Shower was unsanitary and low water pressure. Pictures on site were deseptive. Outside had junk and parked school busses with junk. Yard not been mowed in a long time. Pond was not safe and messy.Rooms ok. Host very nice.'

'I did not stay at this property as I was unable to gain access and the exterior was like entering the set of a Halloween movie. I am requesting a full refund. It was no where near as it was presented. Total misrepresentation and I have pictures. I did not stay and paid another 300 elsewhere Had guests from Canada and was totally embarrassed that they would think I would ask them to stay in such a disgusting place. You should check your properties before presenting them'
