'Great location right in town, and a very clean and well appointed apartment. Walking distance to everything and a perfect landing spot for us for Floyd Fest. The only note is that I would say the walls are a little thin in this charming, older building, so you can hear your neighbors a bit, but it was not a problem. Just manage yourself accordingly and be respectful of the neighbors. Will absolutely look forward to staying here again!'

'The cute tiny house has everything we needed and provided a relaxing getaway atmosphere. Star gazing and watching the wildlife were highlights. The close proximity to Floyd makes it convenient to go into town. Highly recommend checking out Five-Mile Mountain Distillery for incredible moonshine cocktails. Cheers and relax!'

'Perfectly situated between the Blue Ridge Parkway and Floyd! The host is delightful and the property is a slice of heaven looking out over a quiet meadow! I had my coffee outside watching the barn swallows, biue jays, robins and cardinals mingle with the deer. It was serene! Then just a short drive into Floyd to take in the local flare. The Parkway is close and fun to take a relaxing drive doen yo Mabry mill. All in all a plus 5 on all accounts!'

'The space was clean and tidy and the neighborhood was very quiet and safe. It made for a comfortable weekend stay as all of downtown was within walking distance. I had come for hiking so I was not around too much but the space had everything I needed, including parking in front of the home.
If you are looking for something super high end this is not for you. It is comfortable, down-to-earth, and cute. You will have to climb a flight of stairs to get to the property and there is a large step...

'I liked that the property was right in town. Walkable to all shops and restaurants. Was very clean and modern looking. I stayed in the downstairs unit because I had my dog with me and that was the only unit I could choose. I felt like I was in the basement. Was very dark and musty smelling. They had a dehumidifier going but was very noisy and some other machine going in the washer dryer closet. Also no TV in the bedroom. I went to make coffee and opened the lid and a spring and piece fell off so...

It is in a great location and within walking distance of stores and restaurants. Highly recommended !(Just an FYI - parking is across the street and we did not see an elevator. Maybe we missed it?
