'I liked the layout'

'I liked the property and location and appreciated the owner’s availability when we locked ourselves out. He was very helpful and patient with helping us get in.'

'The place was beautiful, clean, and spacious. It was perfectly located - within walking distance of bars, restaurants, shops and Michigan Stadium.'

'Parking was easy and the apartment is beautiful '

'Good host, clean property, great location. Thanks!'

'nice little stay'

'Excellent location - it's the best of both worlds as the street is very quiet and relaxing and yet you are also steps away from all the fun of Depot Town. We walked to several restaurants, coffee shops and the Ypsilanti Food Coop, which is such a sweet, independently run grocery store with a delicous bakery and home cooked meals and soups on offer every day.The apartment itself was compact, very clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay for one or two people. 'The property was listed as two beds. There is one bed that is more like a full size cot; not really appropriate for two adults. The other bed that is listed is an air mattress that is offered by request. I don’t consider that a real bed when renting a rather expensive place to stay. Other things to note is you have to pick up the key to the place in a lock box that is nearly two miles away, which isn’t convenient - particularly on busy weekends. Also, there was quite a bit street noise...

'Great place! Great location!'

'To be clear, we were happy with our stay, this charming studio apartment exceeded our expectations and we will return. The record player and books in lieu of TV is a nice touch. However, there is some room for improvement. The location is great but it comes with late night college revelers so earplugs are provided, but the noise did not bother us, a few simple patches here and there, add a few more good classic records and some relevant local literature, a guide book or two on the book...

'Very convenient in the heart of the campus.'

'A very comfortable, attractive two bedroom with an ample living/dining open plan. It was clean and well supplied with housekeeping basics. I do love a VRBO that provides wine glasses! The apartment is in a historic building in a lovely, walkable neighborhood. There are several restaurants within two blocks as well as interesting antique stores and a couple of small museums.'
