'We were a group aged nine to eighty. There was a lot on offer to cater for us all. There were nine of us and the place was big enough for us to spread out and enjoy varying activities. A bus stop outside going into Edinburgh was a bonus. Would highly recommend it. Does Scotland proud!'

'The property is brilliant the castle is amazing. The owners are very friendy and encourage you to walk to grounds which is beautiful. Was very happy with our stay. The location is ideal 20 min drive to Edinburgh 30 min drive to coldstream/kelso to explore the boarders.'

'Was there on business the property is clean and has everything you need! If you don’t, Hans is more than happy to help you out, just let him know. He’s a great guy. Shower is a bit slow but it’s a cabin so that’s wasn’t an issue really. Lovely quiet place :)'

'This is a lovely place to stay. It has everything you need . We stayed here as we were going to a concert in Murrayfiels stadium and the location was perfect. The cottage was clean and location beautiful. Jack left a lovely bottle of wine and a welcome note. Will be coming back to this beautiful place Thanks '
