'The cottage was very rustic and charming. The host was very friendly and responsive to our needs. The beds were clean and comfortable. The location is absolutely amazing if you want to explore Chelsea or walk to the Nordic spa. Amazing coffee, and breakfast pastries were literally a two minute walk down the road. Thoughtful touches were added at it like small snacks in case guests were hungry upon arrival.'

'Food/room service was excellent, however rooms are dated and lacking simple amenities like bar fridge (was available by request) or microwave, kettle etc. Had a one bedroom suite, but the AC unit in the main room did not work (tech came and said it was working, but it was very obviously not even turning the fan on). We decided not to change rooms as it was too much hassle with children and wasn't a particularily warm day. Decent overall stay, however, the price is unjustified. More like a 3.5...

'I think the Westin is beautiful located. The hotel is spacious, there is also a conference center. I stayed there prior to a grouptravel voyage and we used one of the large rooms off the conference center for a briefing. That fitted 200 persons easily. The rooms were nice and spacious. Comfortabele beds. '

'Great location and the room was clean and well-maintained. We booked a city view room on a high floor, but it faced the construction side of the building and we were woken up early every morning by the noise. We stayed three nights and asked the front desk about switching to a room facing Parliament Hill, but were told nothing was available. My suggestion to the hotel: rooms affected by construction noise shouldn't be sold at full city view rates. It's not good value, and frankly, it's not fair...
