'Walking distance to one of the many dining options in downtown Boise, or stay in for the incredible restaurant and bar in the Hotel itself. The rooms are historic and beautifully decorated, beds are comfortable, etc, etc...But what REALLY makes this place stand out is the customer service. Every single person I dealt with was more than accommodating to all of my needs. I will definitely be staying there the next time I'm in town. '

'This is a lovely hotel. It was clean, and the staff were friendly. It is in a mall area, so plenty of food options and shopping if you need to go. I forgot some things in my room, and they called, which I appreciated.'

'Great stay! The receptionist was amazing, quick, and efficient. Our room was super clean and quiet too. We love fed the pool and hot tub along with the ice machine being easy to operate. The only bummer was the fridge in the room being small. But over all this is a place we will return to in the future! '

'Very nice accommodations. Comfortable bed, very clean. A little noisy during the night from activity on the streets. Some homeless on the surrounding streets caused some feelings of unease but did not stop us from walking in the area.'
