'I truly enjoyed staying at this property. My friend and I were on a research trip and spent a lot of time on the front porch working. WiFi was very strong and the home was fully furnished with everything we needed. We were even invited to pick fresh strawberries in the garden! We both really enjoyed ourselves and agreed when we have to do one more trip in VA we’ll be staying here again.'

'Beautiful rustic location on a mountain river. Everything provided for rafting, kayaking, or fishing—or just relaxing and enjoying the views. Perfect location for motorcycle riding the “Back Roads Discovery Route” with winding country roads and challenging Forest Service trails. Easy parking for our trailers. Fire pit to finish off the evenings with a campfire by the river. Great hosts with easy self check in.'

The house was thoughtfully curated and it’s clear that Dana and Tom are people who appreciate the details. 'Our stay at the Irish Farmhouse was perfect! The property is well designed and appointed and an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the surrounding landscape and area. We didn’t get use the porch or fire pit as it was too cold but definitely will next time we stay. 'What can I say other than, Magnifique! The cabin was beautifully furnished (sharp knives, fast internet, hot water, ample soap & linens) and a lover's oasis. The indoor fireplace and working hot tub w/ jets are the high selling points of the cabin. Wood interior throughout makes it feel warm and inviting. Kingsized bed is memory-foam soft.10 minutes from downtown Lexington, VA, you can easily get all essentials and cook up a fine meal. Cabin was clean, easy to locate, and worth returning to.'

'Our stay on Craig Creek was wonderful! The weather was incredibly windy so we couldn't do much on the creek and lost power due to the insane winds Saturday but it was so lovely to be outside and exploring the area right around the cabin. Mitch reported the outage for us and called us when the power was restored to ensure everything was ok. The porch bedroom was amazing as well! It was so nice to wake up with the creek and mountain view directly in front of you and we could see the stars at...
