'First time in my month long trip i had to throw hands with a roach. No Elevator period and like half the things they did have were out of service. '

'The home is modern and cozy. Very comfortable for our family of 4. It is convenient to downtown and NC State campus. '

'The room was very efficient with a kitchenette and separate bedroom, just what we needed. We enjoyed the gameroom very much as we visited with our son and grandson. Pool table, foosball, pinball and boardgames were great. There are lots of shops and restaurants around in walking distance, so that was convenient. '

'We were only going to be in the Raleigh area for 1 night & chose this hotel because it had very good reviews (especially compared to other hotels @ similar prices in the area). It looked like it was actually built in the last few years, so everything was new & it wasn’t run down like many others I had looked at. The staff (both that we interacted with) were very nice & very helpful. The beds were comfortable. They full kitchen was a bonus. And there was a tv with apps already available making it...

'Great staff - the gentleman who checked me in (sorry, I can't remember his name, it was so late at night haha!), was fabulous, and the gentleman at breakfast (Caleb) was so kind and so helpful. Quiet, comfy, and easy to get to from the airport.'

'The staff was very nice. Sandra the front desk employee was super wonderful and made our stay feel welcome. She even made a suggestion for a place to get breakfast for myself, my boyfriend and our friend. The rooms were clean, the view outside our room is beautiful and the suite that I booked was huge. I’m so happy to stay here for the weekend. '

'Thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay at this MCM hotel. Room was great, easy parking. Anna on the front desk was outstanding in helping us with places to see, as was her colleague at the bar. Only thing that needs improvement is communication - our flight was delayed by 24hrs and my four different attempts at contacting the hotel received no response. Looking forward to returning again soon.'

'The breakfast was not fit for my diet... They mixed the turkey sausage and Ham together... That's my only complaint or concern.'

'I booked two rooms for the night, asked for a pillowcase upon check-in and it had a bugs on it. we complained about the bug situation and they just shrigged their shoulders and said “yeah, it happens.” and would not refund the rooms, the manager the next day did not care to help in any way. We never stayed in the rooms and they kept our money in exchange for handing over bugs. I could not recommend this location less.'
