'This was the worse breakfast and staff I have ever encountered. The lady (Kat) who checked us in was rude and was having a bad day; however, the lady who worked the next day was very polite and friendly. She made me feel better. As a IGH member I was treated like crap and forgot about my treats.'

'The Bathroom. The Pretty Room looked like a picture in a Book & it reminded me of Walmart bedding Department. I’m pleasingly pleased to have spent the night. It would be nice if the drapes had weights to avoid being blown up by the Air Conditioner. I was also pleased with breakfast. The food service staff was so friendly. She made my second waffle prettier than the one I poured.Her service was amazing & appreciated. Every issue I thought I had was addressed & solved.'
