'Vrbo host poor communication skills- did not respond to any of my questions on the vrbo app, had to call to get check in instructions. On vrbo app, listing stated that check in instructions are emailed 3 days before check in - I had to call and text the host the day before. All he had to do was respond with,”I send them the night before” if that was the case. Note that there are no toiletries.'

'This home was simply amazing. Very clean and stocked with everything you need. Communication with the host was prompt and instructions easy to follow. The views are breathtaking and the huge kitchen with bar and the open living concept ideal for family nights. Parking in the garage was not possible for us, since it was slightly too short for a Suburban. There was plenty of parking in the driveway though. We would love to come and stay again.'
