'I needed to be in one of the Handicapped rooms (101). Absolutely nothing electrical worked except the lights and little refrigerator. No A/C-Heater; no TV, no fun! It was a later night check in for me, I was exhausted, and I wasn’t up to change rooms once all my luggage was there. This is really unacceptable, even though renovations were happening. The room should have been fixed before placing a customer there!!!'

'The hotel was clean and better than what you’d expect for the price cleanliness wise. Only issue was that the floors were super slippery and you had to go to the front desk for everything. There were no towels in the room and we did find a tampon behind where the trash usually goes… I’d say the cleaning was probably done in high visibility areas.'

'Very convenient to the airport. We took an early morning free shuttle from the hotel to the airport, and left the car at the hotel for four days for a small daily charge.'

'First of all I want to start with the positives because there were some. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were well equipped, spacious and clean. Unfortunately that is all the positives. First issue was the staff there were very unhelpful and did not abide by their own rules. The first thing you see, and plastered all over the hotel, are signs stating this is a smoke free hotel. However on the first night there were people smoking in their rooms. You could smell it all from outside the...

'Good hotel but there were a couple of maintenance issues. The toilet rim was cracked. , which in itself is not terrible. The crack was very dirty. It was black and brown and looked unsightly. The toilet should be replaced. At the very least the crack should be cleaned better.'

'The first floor corner room is perfect for a handicap person.The room was spacious with 2 comfortable queen beds.The AC worked well.The pillows were ok, the blanket was too thin. There 3 towels given for 2 people. You have to take towels to office to exchange for clean ones.The office is open until 9p, staff were nice.There is coffee available in the morning at the office.No maid service during 3 night stay.Ice machine on 1st floor and you need room key to enter.Free parking anywhere.No assigned...
