Points for improvement: no possibility to lend or buy European electric plugs for the only UK plugs (why?) in the room. Also in the room there are amenities available at the frontdesk. But the one needed was not on stock.'

'Majestic historical building situated in a modern business district of London. Lots of public transport options very closeby (metro, bus). The staff is very friendly and helpful. I can't think of anything more they could have done. The room was very well equipped. This hotel belongs to the top. Our compliments for the exceptionally delicious English breakfast, by far the best we've ever had!'

'Showers had super high water pressure (good and bad thing haha). The door is hard to open to get into the room because it backs right up to a bed so a bit awkward. But overall, great experience, very social hostel, helpful staff. Super close to Borough Market which is a must. It was sort of loud at night just because the city is noisy. '

'Fast contact! I worried about apt check in but the lady was so fast to contact and she generously checked in early. Room was not like hotel but it was fine for family travel. There were a couple of convenient stores and very nice restaurants near apt. We could enjoy tower bridge pictures everydays. It was really a comfortable for family travel. If you want to get hotel-like experience it will be contraindicated.'
