'Great location at the wonderful St. Pauls, hotel and facilities are very nice. Breakfast is good but expensive. Love the pool and tub the rooftop bar is overrated though'

'Best hotel in London I’ve been at. Centrally located right at the top of the City, right near Liverpool Street. Easy connections to West End, Soho, Mayfair, everything. Great bed, fantastic pillows, sheets and towels, very dark with excellent blinds at first rate lighting options, excellent service, nice confortable bathroom, with Rain Shower from the ceiling (would be better with walk-in shower rather than bath, but nitpicking there). Point of improvement would be to make all the buttons less...

'Hotel was zeer goed. Zowel kamer, personeel, ontbijt en ligging. Lekker centraal en metro op 50 m afstand. Zeker een aanrader en gaan graag nog een keer terug. '

'We arrived on a red eye and were not able to get early check-in but they did text us as soon as our room was ready. Shantel was excellent in providing us with maps and ideas of what to do in the area while we bided our time. We did pay extra for the club room, which was good for the afternoon snacks and drink with the children. But the breakfast was bare compared to the restaurant across the way. Not sure we would do that again. we did love the proximity to Blackfriar station which connected...

'Het hotel ligt naast het metrostation en tegenover Tower Hill. het ligt wat verder van het centrum, echter dichtbij het financial district en hippe opkomende buurten waar in het weekend van alles te doen is. de kwaliteit van het hotel is uitmuntend. zeer servicegericht'

'Comfortabele kamer en vriendelijke staff. Enige minpunt was dat mijn kamer nauwelijks daglicht had door uitzicht op blinde muur. Slechts paar minuten lopen van underground.'
