'Prachtig uitzicht op de Tower Bridge zoals omschreven was. We kregen wat we bestelden. Dat is heel belangrijk. De staat van onderhoud is slecht, maar renovatie is opgestart. Dat is hard nodig. Alles was wel schoon. De view op de brug was magisch.. Ontbijt was prima. Uiteraard Engels ontbijt en nog wat andere zaken daarnaast. Ik zou het hotel wel aanraden, maar voor 1 of 2 nachten.'

'We had a 2 night stay here whilst attending a concert at the O2 for which it's perfect accommodation as it's so close. They have so many staff - even ones to press the lift buttons, and they are so professional. Every single one went the extra mile to make our stay special. We had room service food after the concert, of which there was lots of choice. Breakfast had everything imaginable on the menu. We'll be back when we visit the O2 again.'

'Best hotel in London I’ve been at. Centrally located right at the top of the City, right near Liverpool Street. Easy connections to West End, Soho, Mayfair, everything. Great bed, fantastic pillows, sheets and towels, very dark with excellent blinds at first rate lighting options, excellent service, nice confortable bathroom, with Rain Shower from the ceiling (would be better with walk-in shower rather than bath, but nitpicking there). Point of improvement would be to make all the buttons less...

'Het hotel ligt naast het metrostation en tegenover Tower Hill. het ligt wat verder van het centrum, echter dichtbij het financial district en hippe opkomende buurten waar in het weekend van alles te doen is. de kwaliteit van het hotel is uitmuntend. zeer servicegericht'
