'Unfortunately, this stay did not meet reasonable expectations. The unit had multiple condition issues, and several amenities were broken, damaged, missing, or not properly installed. I documented the problems during the stay and reported them shortly after arrival. TV broken and not installed, couch was broken, cigarette burn holes on the couch, dented fridge from someone punching it, no broom / dust pan / vacuum, no toilet paper other than what was on the role (I was there several nights). ...

'First of all, this is a great location. Very walkable and near restaurants. The restaurant attached is only open for dinner on weekdays. The building itself is historic and very nice. Good condition and we were happy with it. But, I am not a fan of the self-service trend-thing happening. For check-in, they send you a code a few hours before check-in time, which is 4 p.m. If you want/need to check-in earlier, you have to pay for it. All online. So, there's no person to interact w/ for any...
