'I've stayed at Hyatts for many years. This is the first time I was charged $10 on top of the room fee. The location was in Louisville not in a busy area at all. When we checked in they asked if I planned to park at the hotel. Where else would I park? The hotel itself was very outdated. The light next to the bed was do old it was nearly impossible to turn it to get it to come on. There are no usb plugs next to the bed. There was a tin of light coming in the room from under the door. ...

'Loved this hotel! Front desk staff were so nice, and accommodating to our needs. They had a manual wheelchair so I didn't have to lug the one from our car just to get around the hallways. The room was squeaky clean and well updated. I booked a single room for an overnight stay and did not expected it to be so large and well appointed. Breakfast was also very good. Area has lots of easy dining options, and there is a Sam's very close by in case you use their gas! Highly recommend this place!'

'They were welcome to pets, but the place smelled like urine. Our bed comforter, especially had to get new sheets from front desk.'

'We had breakfast on property and would do it again. The staff, amazing. The food, amazing! They made omelets to order, had fresh fruit and as we are from the south we thought it cute they called grits and cheese a breakfast special. '

'Check in is at 3:00, but rooms were not available because housekeeping was behind. The waiting room was full of people wanting to check in. Once we got in the room, there were still no clean towels and there were still dirty towels and cleaning products in the room. There is not enough parking but for a third of the hotel. Seeing as there was a large event in town, parking was full. This stay was a disaster that they were not prepared for at all. '

'It was perfect for a weekend in Louisville! Small room, but fine for what we had. Clean, nice staff, great location. No microwave or coffee in room, but no biggie. We would definitely stay again.'
