'I can't recommend staying here. The location is excellent, directly across from the train station, and the woman who checked me in was friendly, let me store my luggage early, and recommended a great nearby pub. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The biggest issue was the unbearable heat. London was hot during my stay, but my room felt like an oven. The windows only opened slightly, so there was almost no airflow. Multiple guests raised the issue with the front desk, suggesting fans...

'The staff was nice, the location is pretty cool near the underground and some shops, the beds are ok, curtain, little stand to charge and locker under the bed but tou ear a lot of noise from the hostel and outside. My bedroom was right in the entrance so you have to pass in front of it to go to the bathroom'

'Ondank een prima locatie is het hotel zeer gedateerd. Krakende vloeren, gehorig badkamer heeft zijn beste tijd gehad want wc trok niet goed door en spiegel heeft geen stopcontact en geen verlichting. Het ontbijt is op de koffie en de sapjes na zeer minimaal. Vooral de croissants waren niet te eten. we hebben er 3 nachten geslapen maar zijn 2 keer ergens anders wezen ontbijten. Er was totaal geen uitzicht vanuit het hotel. Bedden waren wel ok en schoon. 600 euro voor 3 nachten is wat mij betreft...

'Unerwartete getrennte Gebäude, denn die 4 bis 8 Bettzimmer befinden sich 2 Straßen weiter. Eines der Gebäude verfügt weder über eine Küche noch über einen Gemeinschaftsraum. Zum Duschen oder auf die Toilette muss man in verschiedene Etagen gehen, und die Betten haben leider keine Vorhänge oder Ähnliches.'

'The room was clean as well as the linens. The mattress was kind of cheap, maybe 3 inches thick. You could sleep but it was somewhat uncomfortable. Reminded me of the cots when I was a counselor at a summer camp. There was cracks in the brick walls, the rooms had some spackal but wasn't painted. Bathrooms with showers were always flooded with water so there must had been leaks from the shower. I loved the staff. There were very kind and helped me get around the city. Good food!!'
