'Was late checking in for a two day reservation that was already paid for. Because they did not receive a phone call to say we were going to be late, they gave our room away to somebody else. They did give me a different room on the outside of the property instead of inside the complex. It was next to a busy road, next to a steel gate that slammed shut every time someone opened it and the room reeked of raw sewerage coming from the drains. Will definitely not be staying there again.'

'The air conditioner blows right into your face on the bed. It doesnt have adjustments to where you want the air to blow. Rather a towel, or blanket on top of the unit, since it curves down. Can't be changed for air travels. You turn it off during July or August, takes 10 minutes before its a heat box. Don't worry about the bathroom being warm, your pooping or showering. Very comfortable spot and would go back if the AC didn't blow directly in my face, be adjustable. The whole place is beautiful,...
