'There is “ bearly” anything missing in this delightful spot from inside and outside! Comfortable, cozy, and mini gardens to just sit in and relax or read. Excellent location; close to many top attractions in Chattanooga!'

'The hotel was absolutely amazing. It was like you were back in a time warp in the 1930s. They preserved the speakeasy where The billiard tables are. The decor is perfect for that time. They have the old phones and old phone booths. The elevators are classic. The service was wonderful. The rooms are extremely comfortable. The hotel is just amazing. The highway parking is easy. I just loved my stay and I would go back anytime.'

'This property is two rooms in the basement of a house. The neighborhood is fairly quiet and clean. There are 2 rooms, bed/living room and bath. Coffee cups and glasses were provided as well as a coffee pot. There was coffee and powered cream and sweetener in the closet. But, no spoons or stirrers. Some sort of old pastry was inside the coffee stand, I'm guessing from previous guest. As others have stated, I would have slept better if there were some sort of lock on the inside door; a simple bolt...

'We stayed in the Evan’s room for 4 nights. Very clean and updated, just as shown in the picture. The upgraded bed was amazing. I have difficulty with hard hotel beds and this was a welcome luxury. The road noise was noticeable but we quickly got over that, wasn’t a big deal. Super convenient to many excursions. '

'I loved the size of the unit that we stayed in, especially with kids. So much more roomy than a normal hotel room. Also, really enjoyed the courtyard area. It was nice to sit by the fire pit and relax while the kids played. Only thing I was not a fan of was the beds. Our beds were a bit broken down. Overall, though it was a great stay!'
