'The pictures and description did not do the property justice! The apartment was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We noticed lovely little extra touches - like a decent amount of necessities for cooking, sauce, milk, spices etc.The bed was very comfortable and we both got a great sleep.Our dogs loved the safely fenced back garden for a sniff, and we could walk them on the lead further from the property no issue. The shower was hot and great pressure which just made winding down after a dog...

'Perfect for our needs'

'This was just perfect for our stay, comfortable and well equipped.So close to the beach, playground and café. The winter weather was very kind so we were able to enjoy the outdoor seating area. Communication with our host was excellent.'

'The location was excellent- walk everywhere once you arrive. Quiet spot walking distance to Raymond island for koala spotting. The only issue, if you book with a 3rd party the resort doesn’t get any information about you.including your access code. So ring them a couple of days prior to arrange. Communication from the resort was very quick'

'Room was not clean dirty towels cups and unmade bed. Property owners were not available. It was the worst experience. We had to book else where and now no refund is being processed we are completely disgusted in the service from Expedia and the Rayville boat house it’s unacceptable. We drove 3 hours to find a room unusable and then not being able to get in contact with the owner then they contact back hours later after we had to find somewhere else. Worst experience. '
