'Cabana rooms require a long hike to back of hotel into another elevator and then a long hike around the bottom of hotel in the basement with pipes, old walls and no sunlight. At night the beach looks like a giant black whole. The sauna is no longer here. The staff, full bellman service and hotel restaurant were nice. '

'One major complaint. The morning waitress, Nadia, was absolutely horrible. Too busy playing with her mobile device and then disappearing for over 15 minutes. We had to go into the prep area to ask for our check. The late afternoon/dinner waitress, Wendy, was phenomenal. The night time bartender was also on top of his game. The late shift supervisor, I believe her name was Paula, was also exceptional. '

'Onze kamer (3 hoog) had uitzicht op de baai, mooi dus. In de buurt zijn er genoeg restaurantjes om lekker te eten. Het ontbijt is niet inbegrepen, maar ach, genoeg mogelijkheden in de directe omgeving. Wel koffie of thee op de kamer. Het sfeertje van Kent Narrows is vrij uniek. Dit hotel gekozen omdat de kamer een balkon heeft en het verder van de snelweg af is dan de andere 2 hotels. Via de Bay bridge ben je na een half uur in Annapolis of rij je in 1 uur naar de buitenwijken van Washington DC....

'Staff refused to deal with screaming kids and loud music in room next to us. Said they would send security to speak with them, but nothing changed. Finally quieted down at 4am. No hot tub, no pool. The whole reason we booked this hotel was for the hot tub. Waste of time amd money. They said it was broken, but i believe they shut it down due to the large youth event they jad going on. Will not go there again.'

'The property was beautiful, Customer Service was exceptional, the food at the restaurant was delicious, and the room in the barn building was beautiful. My family and I will definitely be returning!'
