Walk Through The Home With Us
Drive up the sealed driveway and park beneath the shade of the trees. As you make your way up the stairs and veer right, you'll arrive at the main entrance of this welcoming coastal retreat. Step inside to a bright and airy open-plan living and dining area, where expansive windows frame breathtaking ocean and sky views — a truly unforgettable welcome. Unwind on the comfortable couches in front of the TV, or cozy up by the gas fireplace on cooler evenings. The dining table seats six, perfect for family meals or relaxed gatherings. The adjoining kitchen is well-equipped with good appliances, including an air fryer and coffee machine, making it easy to prepare everything from casual breakfasts to sunset dinners.

On the right side of the home, you’ll find the master bedroom and second bedroom. These are connected by a generous walk-in robe that leads to a private ensuite with a shower and toilet. The master features a queen-sized bed and large, ocean-facing windows that fill the room with natural light. Bedroom two offers two single beds and plenty of built-in storage, complete with hangers and extra blankets for your comfort. Both rooms are fitted with electric blankets and portable heating and cooling to ensure a cozy stay year-round.

Bedrooms three and four are located on the opposite side of the home. Bedroom three includes a queen-sized bed, while bedroom four is ideal for children or friends, with two single beds. Both rooms feature generous storage, electric blankets, and heating and cooling options. The main bathroom, also located nearby, includes a shower and toilet for easy access.

Conveniently tucked off the kitchen, a sliding door leads to a compact laundry area, equipped with a washing machine, portable clothes airer, and a range of cleaning supplies for guest use.

Step outside from the kitchen onto a spacious, partially covered deck — a fantastic space for entertaining or simply soaking up the coastal atmosphere. Fire up the BBQ, gather around the large outdoor table, and enjoy stunning ocean views paired with the soothing sounds of the waves.

Beyond the main deck, the property offers two additional outdoor seating areas, ideal for a peaceful moment alone or a quiet break from the family bustle. Follow the path beside the driveway, cross the iconic Great Ocean Road, and stroll down a sandy track straight to the beach — your perfect seaside escape starts here.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire home. There is an external shed and garage that are locked to guest use. Access details will be provided once a booking is confirmed.
