'The rooms are spacious, modern, and have everything you could possibly need. We loved all of the fire pits around the property and the nightly s'mores. The large grass lawn was awesome for lawn games for the kids and the pool / spa were amazing as well.'

'The property was very nice and well kept. Our room was perfect for our needs with a mountain view from our balcony. Our room was well laid out and roomy. The kitchenette was well equipped with all the necessities. The location is slightly sloped but easy to get around.'

We were disappointed that we were charged for parking which had previously been complimentary when renting as a guest of an owner. As the family member of an owner, we are aware that when the owner uses their unit, they receive complimentary parking. 'We had a fantastic stay at Black Bear Lodge. The lodge is absolutely beautiful, with a stunning wooden interior that gives it a real mountain lodge feel. It was incredibly peaceful and the perfect place to relax and unwind. The location was ideal too, tucked away in a quiet setting but only a short drive from local shops, restaurants and other amenities. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.'

'The hotel is right in the middle of the plaza so location was great. However, it was very difficult to figure out where to park. The hotel entrance only has valet parking. We had to go out to find the parking lot which wasn't well marked. Signage was poor. There were many entrances and exits in and around the hotel that we got lost trying to get back to the parking garage (with fees). Otherwise, the hotel is clean. We were only there for one night for a birthday party within walking distance, so...
