'The property was beautiful and spacious, close to the airport and about 20 minutes outside of the downtown strip area. We enjoyed having the backyard space with the pool, hot tub, grill and fire pit. Plenty of space to entertain, converse and relax. The kitchen and living room was spacious and it was lovely to have TV’s in each room. Property manager was responsive and easy to communicate with. 'Overall the house was clean. It had some flooring that was chipped and could uses some refesh and maintience. Paid to heat hot tub and it took over 24 hours to comewhich we were unable to use for the first while day of our stay. It was near the event we came to town for so location was convient. The neighborhood wasn't desirable. It was and still had ti pa to temp'

'We had asked if the house was occupied and it if was, we were not going to rent it. We were told it was not occupied and was converted into a fulltime rental with no personal possessions. This was completely false. When we showed up for check in the owner did not give us a gate key to get into the community and was not answering her phone. We had to follow another car into the community and knock on the door. She was upstairs undressed, the house and backyard were unkempt, had personal...

'First she swore we had canceled our reservation and had no room for us. Then she found our reservation through vrbo—apologized and instead of a refund, suddenly had a room. But talk about disgusting. Wish i could include a pic. We could not see the floor for the clutter. Stepped in simmering west in for off bathroom with has bugs in the tub and dust bunnies… absolutely a fake picture posted on booking site. '

"Uitstekend hotel, met zeer luxe schone kamers met een fraai uitzicht. Goede restaurants, en als je even niet uitgebreid wil eten in de promonade (food hal) een goed alternatief. Service is top! Als ik weer in Las Vegas zou verblijven zou ik dit hotel zeker weer boeken. Het ligt wel aan het einde van de strip, maar wij vonden dat geen probleem."

"Prima, mooi en comfortabel hotel. Prima faciliteiten, heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Goed gelegen op de Las Vegas strip. De nieuwste optie om vooraf online te kunnen inchecken en een digitale kamersleutel te ontvangen is ontzettend handig en scheelt een hele hoop tijd en frustratie. Dit werkt echt helemaal top!"

"We booked a stay at CP. Due to unforeseen circumstances, though we stayed there 5 nights, I needed to make 3 different reservations. So as not to move each stay, I contact CP to ensure that during check in, I would be given ONE room and not 3 different ones. During check in that went well, I needed to however pay three seperate deposit amounts. On check however, they ONLY reviewed ONE of my deposit payments and not the rest. I noticed this when I returned to the Netherlands. I immediately sent an email and three follow up emails, only to be told that I should contact Customer service. They provided no tel nr or email of the CS. Wouldnt have been easier to simply FORWARD me email to CS. Its first week of December and still not resolved. What HORRIBLE service!"
