'Good location. Easy walk to dining and transportation. They could leave instructions on how to use washer/dryer but otherwise everything was fine. It is a basement unit and the last night the people above us made a lot noise but that’s not anything the owner can control. Nice size using and close to dining and shopping. It does not have AC - not a complaint but just for information. It would have been nice to have had a fan.'

'Excellent location and easy to travel by tram into central Edinburgh. Good for bars and restaurants locally all in walking distance. Parking charges apply if you wish to park outside the property itself. Though owners may offer a parking permit.We did not need a car.'

'This is a clean, spacious and well equipped flat. The location is perfect…walkable to everything! The bed is comfortable and the shower has wonderful pressure! The Landlord is very helpful. If you want a first class flat that is elegant and comfortable this is the flat for you!'
