Elegant 2 slaapkamer tuin appartement in Stockbridge

Een elegant appartement met een eigen voordeur in het hart van het modieuze Stockbridge gebied van Edinburgh. Rustig en vredig, maar slechts een 10 minuten lopen naar het bruisende centrum van de stad.
5 personen comfortabel in 2 slaapkamers, een een glamoureuze vier poster kingsize bed met en-suite badkamer en de tweede slaapkamer, hetzij als 2 enkele of een kingsize bed met een eigen badkamer met douche. De zitkamer kijkt uit op de lommerrijke prive patio tuin met een eettafel, TV, Georgische open haard met gashaard. Er is een slaapbank die een dubbel matras heeft. Er is een apart toilet wat handig is voor de gasten gebruik van de slaapbank. De keuken is goed uitgerust met vaatwasser en wasmachine / droger.
Een minuut afstand ligt het prachtige prive Dean Gardens, een 7 acre park en bossen, zo mooi het hele jaar door. Een van de belangrijkste is op aanvraag beschikbaar. Het Water van Leith loopbrug ligt aan de overkant van de flat met een rivier loopt helemaal naar beneden naar de haven van Leith of tot de Galleries of Modern Art.
Check-in tijd is 03:00 en check-out is 10 uur, maar als ik flexibel kan met deze zal ik zeker proberen vooral met de bagage drop off en collectie. Kunt u gewoon vragen.
Er is betaald parkeren op straat en vrij van 5. 30 pm-8. 30 uur doordeweeks en in het weekend en er is gratis parkeergelegenheid op ongeveer 10/15 minuten lopen over Oost Fettes Avenue.

The apartment was just as pictured - clean, bright, and very comfortable. We appreciated how close it was to everything, yet on a quiet street with very little traffic. It had everything we could have needed. And, it had the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in!Emma is an amazing host; she responded quickly to my questions, and shared lots of great tips for us to get the most out of our trip. We arrived Christmas Day, and she had put up a Christmas tree in the living room -- that was special for us as we hadn't put up our own tree at home. I highly recommend Emma and the apartment.

The place is so spacious. The back garden provided a calm place for coffee in the morning.The location couldn’t have been better! Short walk to the main street with shops and so many places to eat.The best part, the big comfy bed and the most amazing pillows. Such a lovely and well appointed flat! And the location was fantastic, in a beautiful neighborhood that was not touristy yet had loads of cafes, restaurants, and shops. (Highly recommend the Scran & Scallie restaurant but make sure to book ahead.). We walked everywhere, and never needed public transportation. Our host, Emma, was so responsive to any questions we had and the attention to detail in the flat to make guests comfortable was amazing. Really the nicest vacation rental ever. Book it, you won’t be sorry!

Superb apartment in Edinburgh

This is an excellent property. The apartment has been beautifully renovated and furnished. Both bedrooms and the lounge room are spacious and comfortable. Communication from the owner was clear and timely, and there were some lovely touches with high quality consumables provided.The location is excellent and within walking distance of Edinburgh Castle and the Royal Mile. As with many places in Edinburgh, parking is not easy but the owner provided clear information on the best options for parking.

A wonderful start to our family vacation. High quality linens, tea/coffee with milk and sugar provided, spacious flat with more than enough room for me, my spouse, and our teenager. Full of light and never felt like a lower level space. Walk along the river was a perfect jet lag cure. Stockbridge had all we needed and more. We would absolutely recommend!

We enjoyed the few days we stayed in Emma's flat in Stockbridge. Clean, quiet, beautiful neighborhood with access to the gorgeous Dean Gardens. About a mile walk to the Royal Mile but a close walk to the bus stop. Communication with Emma was excellent! We appreciated the bottled water and biscuits left for us in well-stocked kitchen. Great stay in Edinburgh!

We loved this beautiful home in the Stockbridge area. It was tastefully decorated and had all of the amenities needed. Listing was accurate. It was easy to get to all of the Edinburgh attractions (castle, Royal Mile, etc.) and the area of Stockbridge was charming with good restaurants, cafes and a Sunday street market. Our host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating, allowing us to leave our luggage a bit longer while we went to church on Easter Sunday. Great stay and we would be back again!

This is our second time at this property for a girls' weekend in Edinburgh. Super place to stay. Spacious, comfortable, clean, cosy and in a beautiful, peaceful location, just perfect. Our Edinburgh Stay

Our lovely garden apartment was even more charming than the pictures-so cute, comfortable & welcoming!! It had the essentials we needed & more, such as lovely bath products, coffee, tea, milk & shortbreads-thoughtful touches. It was located in Stockbridge with many restaurants, coffeehouses & shops so we were away from the bustle of the Royal Mile but were able to walk to it which was excellent! We had key access to Dean Gardens which was a beautiful surprise as well. All in all, wonderful accommodations & surroundings so we look forward to returning-many thanks Emma!!!

Very nice place.

We were two couples, and 3 sets of keys were included, so one could always be left in the lockbox for convenience. Access to the private garden was a wonderful bonus. Nice, clean place in a good location about a mile from the top of the Royal Mile. Owner communicated clearly and in a friendly way online when I asked questions. Would stay there again.
