Mooi centrum appartement op 5 minuten van Royal Mile

Mooi pas gerenoveerd en gerenoveerd appartement op de eerste verdieping, gelegen op een toplocatie in het centrum, op slechts een paar minuten lopen van de Royal Mile en de belangrijkste festivals! Het appartement is gevestigd in een traditioneel Georgiaans gebouw in Edinburgh, in een rustige woonwijk. Het steunt op Holyrood Park - een populaire en veilige groene oase in het stadscentrum - en Holyrood Palace ligt op een steenworp afstand van onze voordeur ... wanneer de koningin in zijn woonplaats is, bent u letterlijk stil haar buurman!

Hoewel we niet kunnen beloven dat ons appartement een match is voor het Queen's Palace naast de deur - of u voorzien van een privébutler ... kunnen we beloven dat u hier een zeer comfortabel verblijf zult hebben en dat alles wat u nodig heeft, aanwezig is!

Het appartement beschikt over gratis supersnel 100mb Wi-Fi.

Er zijn prachtige echte eikenhouten vloeren met grote tapijten voor comfort in de slaapkamer en woonkamer! Het appartement heeft een open keuken en een lounge die licht en gezellig is en wordt gescheiden door een ontbijtbar. Je hebt volledig gebruik van de volledig ingerichte en goed uitgeruste keuken - met oven, inductiekookplaat, magnetron, broodrooster en waterkoker. Er is ook een koelkast met een klein vriesvak en er is een wasmachine en een droger, een strijkijzer en een strijkplank. In de comfortabele en lichte woonkamer / woonkamer is er een flatscreen-tv en een bank (dit kan worden omgezet in een tweepersoonsbed).

Er is een doucheruimte met toilet. De dubbele slaapkamer, met nieuw bed en supercomfortabele matras van hoge kwaliteit, heeft opbergruimte om kleding op te hangen, een spiegel, stoel en schoon, vers gewassen beddengoed en handdoeken. Er is een haardroger voor uw gemak.

Good equipped apartment

Good and modern equipped apartment with nice decoration, good WiFi and kitchen with all utilities. Situated in an older apartment building on 1st floor. Quiet location and nice free view in street opposite. Easy to reach by tram from airport + bus 44, supermarket Sainsburry not far away and just 10 minutes walk to beginning of the Royal Mile.

Spacious clean apartment

The communication between the host and ourselves was excellent. I was a little nervous about the place when I entered the building because it seemed rundown but don’t let the entrance deceive you. This apartment was lovely, clean and well taken care of with pride.

Great location for a walking trip to Edinburg

Smooth booking, complete info just prior to arrival. Access to the property was smooth and as described. Clean, simple apartment with solid basic amenities. Amazing location and super clean updated apartment

This updated apartment was exactly as listed. Super clean which is very important to us. The location is even better than you can imagine. Close to Royal Mile and if you like to run and hike this is the location for you with Holyrood park at your door. We highly recommend this apartment.

Loved our stay

The property is exactly as shown - while quite small it was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. A perfect location for Holyrood and Arthur's Seat which we really enjoyed and found very beautiful. Approximately 10-15 minute walk to the Royal Mile and 20-25 minutes to Waverley station. Buses travel near the apartment but we never took them. Many thanks to Ben and Ollie for their fast and attentive responses at all times. We miss Edinburgh and our home away from home already!

Lovely Apartment

For some reason we were actually expecting an efficiency apartment so were pleasantly surprised to find it was a one bedroom (so much larger than expected). It was beautifully designed and cozy. I wish those responsible for the exterior maintenance would take half as much care. I would tell anyone not to be put off by the entrance foyer and stairwell. They are dank and dark but the apartment was perfect. The area was also very nicely located. We were originally supposed to stay for 3 nights but only got to enjoy two due to a fiasco with the airline getting us to Scotland. We stayed one night then joined a tour group to travel all over Scotland. Everyone on the tour asked where we were staying in the city and they were all envious of our location. It truly is near everything. The owner was response and courteous. I would highly recommend this place and would consider staying there again if I'm ever back in the UK.

Delightful Location

The flat is spacious and well-appointed. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom, though tiny, has everything we needed. The kitchen was well-stocked and very clean. We were happy with the location and walkability to the Royal Mile and to Sainsbury’s, too.

Nice appartment in Old Town Edinburgh

We enjoyed are stay here. The simplicity and clean modern look was to our liking and a nice surprise to the overall building. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to use. The bathroom, though small had a great shower. This set up works well for a couple traveling and not wanting to eat out all of the time. Of course the location to Holyrood park and the Royal mile couldn't have been better. Easy walking and bus transport also a plus. All of the directions and communication with the host was excellent and timely.

Lovely little flat in great location

This flat is located steps away from Holyrood Palace and Arthur’s Seat, with Holyrood Park at the end of the street. The apartment itself is clean and modern, the kitchen is equipped with everything you would need for a few days’ stay. The shower is nice too, just wish the sink was a bit larger! The street is quiet despite its location in the city.

Apartment with Everything You Need in an Excellent Location for Edinburgh!

We were exceptionally happy with this apartment. It was such a treat to be just steps from Holyrood Park, and everything else in wonderful Edinburgh was within easy walking distance. The apartment itself had everything we needed for a comfortable, five day stay; the owners (Ben and his brother) have put much thought and care into providing for their guests, and the binder-full of local info is very comprehensive--we wish we could have fit in all of the recommendations, but we did our best! For such a centrally-located place, the street is surprisingly quiet--very peaceful at night. We would love to return again--thank you!!
