This hotel was older but the room seemed clean. The blow dryer didn’t work, burn marks on the counter all around the sink. The elevator smelled….like pee?! Homeless people outside below our window that were yelling and fighting till after midnight and throwing things at the outside wall of the hotel. Did not feel safe here. Sorry…I won’t be back. 😬

Wonderful, patient, kind staff. Very accommodating. The area had a lot of ambulances coming by and surrounding area was less clean.

It wasn't the nicest, definetly far from 5 star. But for a quick overnight stay it did the trick. The area around is kinda sketchy. The staff, however, we're super! Had the noisiest of noisy people staying beside us. Like, kids screaming, babies crying, adults partying type loud. After a couple hours of this, went down to talk to the front desk. They had no problems with switching our room right then to a quieter section, made sure we were totally comfortable. And I'm pretty sure they called the room to tell them to be quiet as well. Not everyone knows how to behave respectfully, but at the staff were quick to accomodate

I have stayed at this property before. This was the first time in a pet-friendly room. The first thing my puppy did was start crawling under the beds repeatedly chewing on and pulling out garbage. Other hotels offer pet bowls at a minimum for convenience. This one did not. My husband was the designated dog walker, as I did not feel safe to do it on my own. The only grassy area was covered in dog poo.

Rooms stink. Bathroom light didn’t work. Peeing and showering in the dark. Random guy screaming and swearing in the hallway and front desk won’t answer the phone. No remote for the tv and when they finally came to program a universal remote the employee farted in our room.

I have to say that it was often times unsafe and very noisy almost all hours with police arriving regularly. The worst part about it was dealing with some of the staff, especially the older phillopino lady who doesn’t provide any customer service and is demeaning, high on her throne attitude to almost everyone she has to help out. She could learn a lot from the younger lady who does an excellent job and is very professional and pleasant every time you need her.

An older property. Room was a little cramped, but did have amenities. Cleanliness, safety, quietness and location were all good. Mattress was quite hard, but okay for a one night stay. Breakfast included, so price wise a good deal.

Negatives: Room was not vacuumed, there were big chunks of food near the bed, possibly from a cake. Stains on sheets, pillow cases, towels. Building run down, elevator very dirty with a flickering light. Some normal people staying there, but also some sketchy people that appear to be living there. I was told that you can check-in without a regular credit card..... Positives: The washroom was relatively clean. Staff was friendly. Conclusion: I regret staying there and should have paid a bit more to stay at a place that had above an 8/10 rating on Expedia. If you can afford to to pay a bit more per night and go to a Holiday Inn or possibly the Wyndham next door, I would highly encourage you to.

Beds were comfortable, complimentary breakfast was suffiecient. The room was dirty #332, walls in the whole room are dirty the back of the bathroom door was gross. But for the price we paid i am not surprised. But I would start with all the walls in the rooms.
