'We had a great stay at Holiday Inn Resort. We were able to get interconnected rooms for our family of five and this worked out well. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved the pool and all the little spots to relax, and the staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. 'Beautiful view of the lagoon from the room. Location is great,the resort is in a quiet location but close enough to town and amenities. Food at the restaurant is very good. The staff are very friendly and quick to respond. Would stay again next time.'
'Good resort, very clean, nice setting. Staff is lovely, their travel desk can be a bit pushy in offering only their tours (Pele island didn't exist because they didn't offer a tour to it for instance...).
Thing to improve is the breakfast. Pancakes, canned fruit, Vegemite and some very dry pastries and that was it. Anything else had to be paid for.'
'Toilests are filty and run down the bathrooms have no proper shower and hot water .Cochroches everywhere no eating utensils no sheets on the bed only tiny blanket. Power points arent working, fan turn on no control full blast only.
