'The staff was super-friendly and inviting. I couldn't stop talking about how charming this place was, nestled right in the shadow of the Trop. Our room was very clean, and bathroom toiletries were provided. We enjoyed a great complimentary breakfast before we departed on Sunday. I would definitely recommend to all of my friends.'

'Had to call the front desk several times for the heat There weren't any bed clothes in the closet for the couch bed and they tried to charge for additional sheets but they weren't additional. It's supposed to be a set in the closet. On a positive note the food in the restaurant was great.'

'I was a little apprehensive because I had seen some recent reviews that were not so great. However, our stay was amazing. Great price and the best view I could imagine. Everything was very clean, the room was great, the staff were friendly, especially the two gentlemen helping with parking passes who joked and laughed with me for a few minutes while getting me checked in. Elevators were sufficient. '
