-Check in process 2/5 (bad attitude, and kept my ID) did not care to look for me to return it during my staff, I had to go back and get it myself.
Food taste and quality 3/5. Ran out of eggs every morning and waited for long time until refilled. --Mexican Restaurant is below average. Other restaurants "no need" for reservations but when you get there, you need to wait 30-40 min, what's the point?

'Overall everything was great! The property was pretty amazing and entertainment was good too. We even got upgraded to a one bedroom suite with two bathrooms at check-in! This was our first trip with our baby, so all the extra room really helped.
Sadly the beach was not swimmable.
Another thing we didnt realize till we got there was that the room service was not included in the All inclusive, although it was offered at a discounted price. There also wasnt a stocked fridge with water...
