'This was a very clean and comfortable stay in a great location. It is above a few floors above a bar, but even on a Friday night we were able to leave the window open and there was not enough noise to bother us. Only issue we had was checking in, but only because we got there after 6pm. We had to haul our bags a few blocks to get our keys, but the host had very clear instructions. Would stay again!'

'Location was perfect, less than 2 blocks from Metro station on Gran Via and close to amazing shopping. Management has agreement with taxi service for flat rate to airport if booked in advance. Taxi was on time and reasonable. Highly recommend this service.There were some issues with room that could be quick fixes-1) no bars or hooks for towels anywhere2) balcony doors misaligned so would not shut or lock. They blew wide open in the middle of the night.3) no hand towels, electric hand dryer which...

'This was not where we stayed, 3 days before we were due to travel to Madrid, we were contacted and informed that due to an electrical fault, the accommodation was not available, and offered an alternative at no extra cost, did we agree (a bit late to start searching again). We were told reception was open until 6pm, but still had to self-check in even though we were there before 6pm. We collected our keys from a key box located behind a metal grate opposite the reception, (which was open, people...

'The location was great and the bed was comfortable. However the room was dark and small with no windows. The shower leaked a great deal. Opening the door with your phone was annoying.'
