It would have been helpful to know it was an unmarked dirt road, that the actual house address wasn't on the main road, that the house wasn't labeled with a #, that the lockbox was not on the door but another location, that the lights would all be on, that there was no traditional door but rather a sliding door that walked into the basement level. Any one of these clues would have made the check-in...
