'Great place to hang out with family. The games and outside space were perfect. The only problem is the distance from grocery store (which we were informed of this from host). We did have to trek back and forth to Fayetteville as we were there for a graduation at U of A and the drive was a bit daunting but beautiful! If we had not needed to leave for events in Fayetteville it would have been awesome! '

'The property was in okay conditon but not 100% clean. There were beetles, earwigs, and the doors, windows, and bathroom could definitely use a coat of waterproof sealant to prevent water damage. It's cute as far as furniture and decorative touches. The main bedroom walk in closet is huge, but the bedrooom door sticks and will not close or latch. I would say it is a good value as to the nightly rate, but would be happier if it were a bit cleaner and without bugs. I would stay here again but...

'Just as advertised. Clean. Space for both privacy and being together with others. Nice backyard (which we didn't use because we were so busy with museuming and seeing the town.'

'When I stepped inside, I felt welcomed. The home was exceptionally clean and well appointed. I felt safe. It's location is close enough to walk downtown. Beth and Greg are very nice and responded to my question quickly.'

'Great location to check out campus with our family. Appreciated the clean and comfortable space. Only thing that should be addressed is master shower- the water wouldn’t get hot so we all used the smaller second bathroom for showering. '
