'I’m already familiar with the area, so it wasn’t an issue for me to find. If you prefer more amenities or being closer to stores/malls this might not be for you. I think it’d even be cute for a small family if they wanted a lil weekend trip. Beware if you have a lowered vehicle because it’s definitely more of a truck/suv area. The bed was super comfy and the shower was great I’d just be worried for any tall guests. I was in and out of there for the most part, but all in all I was super pleased...

'We visited in early October (which in my opinion is California’s best season/time of year!). The location is so close to Tamarack Beach -1 block! The unit comes with everything you could ever need; towels, beach chairs, sand toys, a wagon to cart it all around!I especially loved all the outdoor patio seating, including the private patio and the patio near the pool. 'My husband and I enjoyed a long weekend with our furry family member. The apt is very cute and in a great location. We walked several times each day to choose from several great local coffee and lunch spots. It was also a 5 minute drive to Carlsbad Village for more great spots!'
