Ocean Front, enorme tuin, ruim, A / C, surfplanken / strand uitrusting

Een perfect ontspannen strandverblijf; de oceaan stad huis heeft 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers en ligt op slechts 40 meter van de Bluff en trappen naar het strand van Beacon. Dit is het enige huis in dit gebied met een grote oceaanstuin. Het huis is ideaal voor gezinnen om comfortabel tijd binnen en buiten samen door te brengen. Het huis is net volledig binnen en buiten gerenoveerd en heeft een bijgewerkte uitstraling, samen met het karakter waar Encinitas bekend om staat.

De woning heeft 2 privéparkeerplaatsen, 2 zachte surfplanken, boogieplanken, strandstoelen en strandspeelgoed. Net aangekomen en je bent klaar voor een heerlijke dag op het strand. De slaapkamers zijn goed bekend met Queen bedden en bijpassende slaapkamer sets. Voor grotere groepen hebben we twee converteerbare futons, elk met laken en dekbedset. Het hele huis is zeer mooi ingericht en goed uitgerust voor onze gasten.

Het gebied is de typische badplaats van de jaren 1960, met moderne spatten van luxe en tonnen eclectische ziel. Het huis ligt op slechts 50 meter van de prachtige kliffen en biedt uitzicht op de hele kustlijn en de trappen die leiden naar wereldklasse, Beacons Beach. Het huis is ook slechts een paar blokken verwijderd van verschillende geweldige plekken om te eten of wat te drinken.

Het is een korte wandeling naar Coast Hwy, waar u unieke boetieks, heerlijk Mexicaans eten, lokale koffiehuizen, antiekwinkels, een nieuwe en gebruikte platenwinkel en nog veel meer vindt! Wandel een beetje verder in het weekend en stop bij de Seaside Bazaar, de enige openluchtmarkt van North County. Geniet 's avonds van huisgemaakte gerechten in uw verhuur aan de oceaan, of bekijk een van de lokale restaurants in de buurt, zoals het Calypso-café, een kleine plaats waar heerlijk eten wordt geserveerd met lokale bands die elke avond spelen. Of misschien zou u genieten van Bar Leucadian, een wijkbar die er al sinds 1946 is en livemuziek, pooltafels en geen dekking heeft!

Historic Coast Highway ligt ook op slechts een steenworp afstand. Hier vindt u trendy restaurants, chique boetieks en kunststudio's - geweldig om rond te wandelen in de zon. De Old Coast Highway loopt in zuidelijke richting door Old Encinitas, door het hart van ons verloren 'oude centrum' - net voorbij Swami's Beach. Legoland ligt op slechts 10 minuten rijden (ongeveer 6 mijl) en we zijn ongeveer 30 minuten rijden naar Sea World en de internationale luchthaven van San Diego. De botanische tuinen van San Diego liggen op 2,5 km afstand en is een zeer mooie plaats om te bezoeken.
Beacon's is nog steeds een 'surfer's heaven' waar je elke dag kunt zien hoe de grootste surfers ter wereld hun vaardigheden oefenen.

We zijn slechts 6 minuten rijden naar Legoland en ongeveer 30 minuten rijden naar Sea World en Lindberg Field.

Really nice place with big yard for dogs or kids. Real laid back So.Cal pad. Very clean lots of chairs and beach stuff. Parking is perfect.This was our second time and hope to be back next year.

Lovely place, excellent location!

My husband and myself stayed for a quick get away from the phoenix heat. We brought our two dogs and the back yard was awesome. Truly enjoyed everything and would stay again. Side note, we had trouble with the vertical blinds as 3 or 4 individual panels kept falling off. Thank you!

Lovely home & location

Overall, the house was exactly as it appeared in the listing. We battled ants in the Kitchen and bathrooms during our entire stay, but that did not deter us from having a wonderful time. The path down to the beach was too steep for my 88-year-old mother, but the home is only a five minute drive From Moonlight State Beach… It’s perfect for any age and any level of ability.

Very nice property, excellent customer service

Our group was 4 senior adults and a small dog. Clean upon arrival and exactly as pictured, except the yard is now TURF instead of grass. A very nice, large umbrella was added to the patio…great for afternoons. One of the beach chairs was covered with ants because a previous guest left children’s snacks and pacifiers in the pockets (also under the coffee table). We had trouble with the main TV upon arrival, but the maintenance man arrived within 1-hour of contacting the host. He also fixed the BBQ igniter and got more propane. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, utensils, pots & pans, and very nice appliances. We prepared our own meals 5 of 7 nights. The upstairs unit was occupied for 3 nights. We could definitely hear the walking, running, and voices above our heads. The trains blow their horns from about 4:30am to 10:30pm. You sort of get used to it, or not. On-site parking lot was great. We drove two smaller SUV’s. It's hard to open the door when there is a large truck next to you. W/D are coin-operated...we did not use. Beacon’s Beach access is a sand/rock switchback walkway. There are wooden posts connected with plastic-covered cable, and a few handrails, except at the bottom. We navigated it slowly. The lifeguard assisted someone who was stung by a stingray one day. Neptune Ave is one-way, with one lane for cars, and a pedestrian lane. E-bikes and e-scooters move faster than the cars. Overall, this rental is a step above most others we have rented in the San Diego area.

Perfect Beach and Surf spot

Great location for walking to wonderful restaurants and excellent access to the beach. We enjoyed the people watching and sunsets from the big yard. This a great vacation spot for a family or couple.

Wonderful Property!

The house is lovely and well-appointed. It has been completely remodeled and is very clean. The yard is a great size and our little doggies enjoyed running around in it. Just across the parking lot, there is a path that zigzags down to the beautiful beach. Lots of restaurants are within walking distance from the house (including dog-friendly ones!). The train horns scared us a bit the first night but we did get used to them. Highly recommend this house for a wonderful vacation!

Family beach weekend

This is a great property for a family getaway. We had four adults, one 12 year old and two small dogs and everybody was comfortable. We loved the large patio and enclosed front yard was perfect for the dogs. Location was ideal with the beach access directly across the road. The house is walking distance to restaurants and shops. The owner was very responsive to all inquiries. All systems worked well and the TV was great for the opening weekend of football. We highly recommend this property !

Beacon's Beach Getaway

This was a great getaway for us. It was my husband and I's 50th birthday and we had to cancel our Caribbean cruise due to our dog starting to have seizures. I needed to be able to monitor her 24/7 (there is a 24hr emergency vet-very close by) so we wanted a house at the beach where we could relax in much cooler weather than Arizona. This fit the bill perfectly. We actually thought we would have to stop traveling and this is crushing as I am a travel agent on the side. When we arrived we noticed that they recently upgraded the grass yard. It is fabulous! So the pictures don't actually do the yard justice. The house had everything we needed and the owner was very quick to respond. The house has very nice amenities inside and out. It is located in a very good people watching spot. The people around the area are so friendly and many stopped to talk to us and visit with our dogs. Quite a few restaurants are in walking distance and if not it is just a short drive away. The city recently redid the path down to the beach so while it looks a little difficult it is actually not that bad, there is a lifeguard down at the beach. There is another beach off the bluff just a couple miles down the road. So, while our needs were very different than most, this house has everything you need to have a very nice trip to Encinitas, California with your family and friends. We would definitely like to go back for another stay. Will recommend to clients, family and friends.
