We had a nice stay overall, with a few things that could be improved.Pros: The location was great and very convenient for getting around. The yard was a big highlight—perfect for kids to play and enjoy the sunset.Cons: There were several maintenance and convenience issues. The WiFi password provided didn’t work, and even after reaching out, the issue wasn’t resolved during our 3-night stay. The propane tank for the fire pit was empty, and when we asked about it, we were told to either find an extra onsite or purchase one ourselves for reimbursement, which felt off-putting.The kitchen was very minimally stocked—no measuring cups or spatula—which made cooking difficult. There was also no laundry detergent provided, so we weren’t able to do laundry. The bathroom sink was clogged, and some of the furniture could use attention (the couch was uncomfortable and tended to slide, and the coffee table was wobbly).Communication was handled through Vrbo, which was fine, but it would have been really helpful to have a printed guide in the house with basic instructions (WiFi, checkout details, etc.).With a few fixes and better stocking, this could be a great place to stay—we would consider staying again.
