'Microwave wasn’t cleaned, bed table tops not wiped down but the place was fairly decent. Biggest negative is the parking is 2 blocks offsite and currently an additional $10/nights stay. Rooms are priced respective of the hotel’s proximity to the Canal Park and the Duluth Entertainment Center /DECC.'

'This is a pleasant modern motel on the outskirts of town. It has nothing special about it -- the room is basic, and functional. There's no in-room coffee or water heater. 'Staff was very helpful and adjusted our accommodations to give us a better room configuration at no additional charge. They provided plenty of free drinks and snacks for the Grandma’s Marathon weekend. Unfortunately the pool and water park was closed for repairs/renovations.'
