'Fabulous room with a view. The staff were very attentive. One thing that was lacking was the availability of coffee. There are no coffee places open before 8 am, the hotel does not provide lobby coffee and there is an espresso machine in the room that provides teeny amounts of not great coffee.'

'The Hotel itself was I little hard to find as its tucked away in the corner of a train station but it was clean, quiet, and felt very safe given the safety figures with your key card. The staff were very polite and had good english service. If there were an misunderstandings they have a paper that you can point to what amenity you would like (has symbols for basics needs). Cant even call these complaints but rather a culture shock; your room gets cleaned everyday and if you put the do not...

'Hotel New Grand is old school hospitality, where a guests is treated like a celebrity. They are all amazing at their job, with their kindness, attention to detail, and the pleasant atmosphere they help create. Of all the hotels I've stayed at, there are only 2 other hotels that come close. Easy 5/5 stars, and definitely a hotel I'd recommend. '

'Een modern en luxueus hotel in het nieuwe deel van Yokohama, met binnen- en buitenzwembad, al is het laatste zeer ondiep. Ook 2 jaccuzzi's buiten, maar openingstijden zijn zeker tijdens de week eerder beperkt. Uitgebreid en lekker ontbijtbuffet. Erg grote kamer, met lavabo in de kamer, apart toilet en douche en badkamer. '
