'We arrived late due to delayed flight to the island and it was very dark as we entered the property. Although communication was sent to assist us with the location of our unit, we accidentally tried to access the wrong door, which woke up the property manager who was not very happy. We spoke with other guests who had a similar issue so perhaps the communication/instructions could be better. The unit was nicely furnished and had many provisions. 'The house is clean, comfortable & nicely decorated. Julio was responsive and helpful. It is 5-10 minutes walk to markets & restaurants and the cathedral and the main shopping area are 25 minutes walk. Finding a parking spot was sometimes a challenge but we always succeeded. We hope to return.'

'Uns hat die Wohnung gut gefallen. Die Wohnzimmer Möbel sind schon in gebrauchten Zustand, liegt vielleicht auch am Material. Badezimmer und Küche sind in einem sehr gutem Zustand. Die Balkontür haben wir am Anfang nur sehr schlecht aufbekommen, diese würde aber nach Rücksprache mit der Agentur sofort repariert. Toller Service.'

'la petite maison est très coquette et agréable, même si l'on était en hauteur de la route de tramuntana les matinées et soirées sont très tranquiles. La maison est sur un départ pour pas mal de randonnées et c'était top. Pour ceux qui veulent la plage vraiment à côté ce n'est pas pour vous, mais si vous chercher une combinaison avec de la rando et montagne c'est vraiment bien. Les gens de Homerti sont avenants et arrangent les choses si nécessaire.'

'The house is situated in Sencelles, a small village in the center of Mallorca. The neighborhood is very pretty and calm and its location makes it easy to reach most of the beaches in the island. We had some issues with parking because there are only a few spots inside the village otherwise you have to park 5/10 minutes away from the accommodation on foot. Overall our stay was really nice. We had to make the payment through Homerti (a Spanish rental agency) but everything went well, they replied...
