'Dios!!! Que lugar an especial y mágico. Todo es perfecto, el lugar, el personal, la comida que ofrecen, en fin todo es excelente 20/10.'

'La limpieza bien, recomiendo que halla microondas por cada habitación ya que hay nevera pero entonces si uno anda con niños y hay que calentar alguna comida no hay donde calentar la misma. En el área de la piscina la fuente no funcionaba y no hay ninguna área con sombra ni ninguna sombrilla al menos en las mesas de la piscina. Por lo demás bien.'

'We had a wonderful relaxing stay here. Breakfasts are excellent, and although the menu is limited, evening meals are very good. Pool is quite small but refreshing and beautifully clean. Our one recommendation would be to put a small fridge in the room. We will certainly return if we’re back in Puerto Rico.'

'La habitación y la limpieza mucho que desear yo y mi pareja decidimos rentar la habitación deluxe que nada que ver con la palabra ,la puerta del balcón no cerraba , había un cenicero con más de veinte colillas en la mesita del mismo, el exterior de la propiedad y los pasillos te hacían sentir inseguro tanto fue así que decidimos no quedarnos y regresar a casa. Este lugar es una estafa nada que ver con las fotografías! Que lástima que engañen a las personas de está manera.'

'Un lugar espectacular para desconectar, recomiendo fin de semana, en la semana están en remodelación y hay mucho ruido debido a la misma. Deben darle unas mejoras a las casitas, especialmente a la madera'

'I'm glad I found this hotel, it was half an hour from my family. Stayed 1 night Sunday to Monday. Arrived at 5ish parked outside (I was a little worried, but nothing happened to the rental) quick check in, asked for an extra pillow and checked out the pool quick.. so the lady thought I was downstairs when She went to the room to give us the pillow at the room she didn't knock and scared us 😅 we changed and used the pool it's small but we enjoyed it.... Its missing some tiles so be careful with...

'This was a beautiful place. The staff cooked breakfast daily and even made a special effort to serve me Mofongo and it is not on the menu. It was so quiet and at night we heard the coqui sing. It was close to major beaches, hammocks outside and just beautiful. I would definitely return. The hot water did not work in the cabin but the staff is very attentive and I am sure they will have that fixed. We told them but he had an emergency that day (Almost cut his finger off poor baby) and we left the...

'Figured we'd stay in Mayagüez for a night and then head over to some waterfalls in the general area. I don't usually gravitate towards hotel chains, but the island is still on the mend from the storm of '17 and earthquake of '20, and Holiday Inn is doing a pretty good job of presenting well maintained and comfortable properties around the island. Bed was comfortable, room and facilities were in good shape, and it was easy access to grab a bite to eat in town. I'd stay there again.'
